Booking :

The prices shown include : parking, water, electricity, stay tax.

Please, visit our availability page, then contact us for confirmation .

For all bookings a deposit of 30 % of the total stay is required. This deposit will be retained for cancellations less than 20 days before arrival.

Your reservation will be confirmed after receiving the advance payment by Paypal ( secure) , check or bank iban transfert .

Restrictions:

* Inside apartments are " non-smoking " .

* The organization of the guesthouse is not suitable for children under 15 years.

* Pets are not allowed (our cat is not sharer ... ) .

* Arrivals from 16h to 21h .

* Departures before 10am. 

* The pool is open access from 10h to 20h

* Breakfast formula "studios and Breakfast" is served in the guesthouse kitchen from 8am to 10am
